Lime Dill Dressing Recipe

This is a great low carbohydrate, low fat dressing that’s big on taste. Greek yogurt, with a great creamy consistency, has twice as much protein and about half the carbohydrates of regular yogurt. Use on salads and for dipping vegetables.

½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
2 teaspoons dried dill
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Let flavors “marry” for at least 15 minutes before serving.
